The VEDO-BELT was created as a training aid as well as a weight belt. The sleek and easy to use design allows the athlete to use it during most of their workout. As the first belt created only for water polo players by water polo coaches, it has numerous uses from swimming drills to all ball handling drills. The training weight of 3 lbs is the ideal weight to add strength and power to all movements without the danger of back, hip and knee injuries. When training in water, added weight should not exceed 5% of a person's body weight. Heavier weight use could cause damage to back, knee and hip areas. Larger and more advanced players can double the weight by wearing 2 belts at the same time. Two VEDO-Belts are recommended for Centers and Goalies use during specific drills.
