of their workout. As the first belt created only for water polo players by water polo coaches, it has numerous uses from swimming drills to all
ball handling drills. The training weight of 3 lbs is the ideal weight to add strength and power to all movements without the danger of back,
hip and knee injuries. When training in water, added weight should not exceed 5% of a person's body weight. Heavier weight use could cause
